Andrian is absolutely amazing. I dropped my phone in a pool on an international trip and it stopped working. When I came back stateside I had to get a new phone and realized I hadn't backed up some of my messages/photos. I called a few different companies and took the phone to UBreakifix and all of them told me that data recovery was not possible. Everyone told me that the phone had been wet for too long and the fact that I had tried to power it on meant that the phone was done and no data could be recovered. UBreakIFix said they could try but would have to charge me for every component replaced and labor and they're was still a 99% chance the phone would not work. Then I found Andrian on a Google search. I talked to him on the phone and he said there was a good chance that the data could be recovered. He said if he was not able to recover the data, he would not charge me anything for the services completed. Based on everything I had heard from everybody else it seemed too good to be true.

However, I had messages from my dad, who had passed away three years ago, that were only backed up to my old phone and I really wanted those so I decided to take the chance. Andrian had my old phone up and running within 4 days (see pic) and even met me at his office to help me transfer all the data

A few months ago, I did a virus scan using Iolo software. It completely erased my ability to sign onto windows and bumped e out permanently. After SEVERAL hours and days working with Microsoft, they were unable to help me. I could not access my files. I called Geeks on Wheels to come out, they could not bypass the Windows sign on ability. I took my hard drive to another place(recommended by Geeks o Wheels) to see if I could get files restored-no luck. They were unable to restore files and documents.
I was in a panic. I recently lost my husband and all documents, videos and his childhood photos were on my computer. I decided to give the restoration process one more try. I came across Disklab Date Recover while doing a Google search.
From the beginning Andrian was communicative and kept me up to date on the difficult process of repairing my computer and helping me access crucial photos and documents.
